Global venture studio Talino Venture Labs has appointed Keny Chang as Chief Operations and Compliance Officer. Chang will oversee Talino’s compliance and financial operations strategy across its portfolio of fintech startups.

Prior to joining Talino, Chang served as the President of Kingstone Capital, a full-service asset and property management, lending, and estate advisory company operating in the states of California, Florida, and Texas. He has held leadership positions at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, First Foundation Inc., Comerica Bank, Far East National Bank, and Citi.
Recognized as one of the best financial consultants in California, his expertise lies in the areas of competitive analysis, mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate investment, commercial lending, international banking, financial consulting, and venture capital. Chang has been able to traverse many different cultural barriers, and his fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, and English has helped him in this.
