Talino Venture Labs is looking for a Marketing Director who can work in a hybrid setup and is available to start as soon as possible.

About the role:

The Marketing Director  owns the corporate marketing strategy for  Talino Venture Labs as well as brand-building, customer acquisition and growth marketing for  its soon-to-launch cross-border fintechThe role involves strategy development, planning,executing, managing, and optimizing these programs, in close collaboration with the portfolio company leadership, Venture Services Group (VSG), and product teams. Ultimately, the Marketing Director role focuses on developing and implementing plans that can be routinely tested with measurable results. 

Your role will have the following Key Results Areas:

1. Brand Management for Talino Venture Labs and one soon-to-launch cross-border fintech brand

  • Overall brand stewardship for Talino Venture Labs as a venture studio, in close collaboration with the CEO and Talino core team, the Venture Services Group, the People & Culture team, and other key stakeholders
  • Overall brand stewardship for one soon-to-launch cross-border fintech brand, in close collaboration with the Entrepreneur-in-Residence/company COO, the Venture Services Group, the product team, and other key stakeholders
  • Messaging, reputation management, and content development and marketing in close collaboration with leadership teams, internal comms, and design teams, and other key stakeholders

2. Customer Acquisition

  • Work with key internal stakeholders and team to build Talino’s capability to develop strategic acquisition and retention activities, to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROAS for Talino Venture Labs and its cross-border fintech startup

- Customer acquisition for Talino = hiring pipeline

- Customer acquisition for cross-border fintech startup = customer pipeline based in the Philippines

  • Work with internal stakeholders  for end-to-end campaigns, from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Provide best practice and consulting recommendations on Growth Marketing challenges of startups or projects

3. Paid media agency/vendors management and campaigns execution

  • Brief, onboard, and manage paid media consultants or agencies when the startup allocates budget and outsources paid media campaigns
  • Align and manage agencies from brief, KPIs, and billing endorsement to finance
  • For in-house campaigns without paid media agencies, work with startups to prepare a paid media brief, develop a paid media and budget proposal, secure email budget approval and company credit card to be used, run the paid media ad sets via business manager, monitor and report campaign results, provide optimization proposal and recommendations
